Refund policy

Premium is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

14-day refund

If Premium isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Include the email you used at checkout.

Subscriptions

• Premium is a monthly subscription (pay what you want, from $2.67 a month) that renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by asking us.
• After you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Apart from the 14-day refund, we don't refund partial months.

What happens after a refund

Premium (no ads, priority review) switches off for your account once the refund is processed. Your stats and submissions aren't affected.

Problems with a payment

If you were charged twice, or something went wrong at checkout, contact us and we'll sort it out with Lemon Squeezy.
